Do It Again

Counting down two weeks and some change until my TAC surgery! I have updates to write about my follow-up appointments with my OB/GYN and my appointment with a Maternal Fetal Medicine Specialist at Weill-Cornell yesterday. These posts will have to wait until I get through all my work the next couple of days. In the meantime, I wanted to stop by here to capture my thoughts leading up to the big trip to Chicago. A mixture of discouragement, fear, anticipation, and excitement overwhelms me. To quell these emotions, I’ve been relying on opening up my Bible to speak truth and have been scouring Spotify to find some really great worship music. If you haven’t heard of Elevation Worship, all of their music, in particular their latest album, is incredible. My favorite song of the moment:

I’ve seen You move, You move the mountains
And I believe, I’ll see You do it again
You made a way, where there was no way
And I believe, I’ll see You do it again

I’ve been singing this song on repeat through the streets of NY. I love it and it fills me with so much faith.

I believe that at this very moment, you’re lining blessing upon blessing for us. I’ve seen you do incredible things in our lives and I’m confident in everything You do. Help us daily to have expectant hearts that are constantly seeking ways to see, hear, and feel your presence pouring into us. You’ve moved mountains for us before – I know you’re going to move mountains for us again and for that, I thank you.
